Remove your jewellery piece or diffuser insert before application. Apply 1–2 drops of essential oil directly onto your diffuser pad, lava stone, or X Stone. Allow a few moments for the oil to fully absorb before wearing, creating a personal aroma that safely stays with you throughout the day.

Oil Diffuser

Add 3–5 drops to your home ultrasonic diffuser to transform your space. Adjust intensity to your preference and always follow your specific diffuser's recommended water ratio.

Bath Ritual

Mix 3–4 drops of essential oil with 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as jojoba or almond oil) before adding to a warm bath. This ensures safe dispersion in the water while creating a calming, spa-like experience.

Massage

Dilute 3–4 drops of essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil. Massage gently into the skin to ease tension and support relaxation.
