Shipping policy
At Scentsway, we carefully prepare and ship every order with intention and care. We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping may be added in the future.
Shipping Rates
- FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $99
- $9.95 flat rate for orders under $99
- Express shipping: $14.95 Australia-wide
Order Processing
- Standard orders: 3-5 business days
- Express orders: 1-2 business days
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier
- Estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout
- Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier as your parcel moves through their network
On Delivery
- Scentsway takes responsibility for every order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives safely at your door
- If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

- All courier investigations are handled by our team to ensure a seamless and protected experience for you

Authority to Leave (ATL)
For added convenience, you may choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout.
When selected, this gives the courier permission to leave your parcel in a secure location at your address if you are not home.
- Couriers may use their discretion and will not leave a parcel if the location is exposed or unsafe.
- Once a parcel is delivered under ATL, responsibility for loss, theft, or weather exposure transfers to the recipient.
- High-value orders or selected jewellery pieces may require a signature and may not be eligible for ATL.
- You may include safe-drop instructions (e.g., “behind the side gate”), though couriers may override these if unsuitable.
- For added security, Signature on Delivery is recommended. All orders unable to be left will be returned to the local post office for collection, where they are typically held for 7–10 business days. Australia Post deliveries will receive advice through the Free Australia Post App when a parcel is ready for delivery / collection.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
- Scentsway is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the address or order details are no longer possible.
